Geum chiloense ‘Red Dragon’
RED DRAGON GEUM
Double blooms of frilly scarlet red on long stems make a Geum chiloense ‘Red Dragon’ a hardy highlight for the summer garden.
‘Red Dragon’ is amongst the longest blooming of all the lovely Geum family.
And because the large, frilly double blooms are borne on such long, clean stems they make excellent cut flowers, which last well in the vase.
An attractive foliage clump sits neat and flat to the ground, so the frilly scarlet red blooms wave cheerily above on their long stems.
Geum chiloense ‘Red Dragon’ is a hardy evergreen perennial.
It is ideal for small garden beds or pots, giving excellent value all year round with both flowers and pretty foliage, without taking up much room.
